Marro has completed dozens of shopping centres projects across Poland, CH Posnania, Galeria Mokotów and CH Arkadia among others. “Shopping Center Poland” asked us which project was the most difficult.

Each new project is the most difficult one because each is a prototype in a way. There are no two identical projects, everyone wants a unique concept – says Robert Pełka, Marro CEO – Shopping centres are beginning to function like “cities within a city”, which means that they aim at  being something more than a retail space. Especially due to the increasing competition between shopping centres and the need to attract customers, who are more aware and demand more. Clearly perceptible is a need for new incentives.
