When talking to people responsible for office arrangement one can often sense an uncertainty with regards to a timeframe of the introduced changes. Most of us didn't expect the pandemic to last for such a long time.

Guidelines for a new reality

Each crisis is a test for innovativeness and ability to act fast. It has to be said that designers and furniture manufacturers reacted swiftly to the new reality. How can design help in these strange times?

An office is an office (not a hospital)

One of the questions which repeatedly arises in our conversations with customers is a doubt: is it possible to connect sanitation requirements with the aesthetics of the office?

Together, yet apart

Standing or hanging. Upholstered, soundproofing or see-through, providing eye contact with other employees. Integrated with the desk or seperate. It's important that they are stable, easy to clean and assemble. Screens without which a safe return to office would be difficult.

Return to the office

We have analyzed over 50 industry reports, many interviews and expert commentaries. We have used the know-how of our partners (among others Haworth, Actiu, BuzziSpace, Framery and Vitra). We have looked for ideas for the future in essays by renowned Polish writers (e.g. Olga Tokarczuk, Jacek Dukaj, Andrzej Stasiuk). We have read reports from China which had to look for solutions a few weeks earlier than us. Finally, we have prepared the most important conclusions. Here they are.
