Marro at Warsaw Home Expo

We see the theme of this year’s fair (“STRENGTH”) as the potential of design, which can give office, hotel and commercial spaces not only attractive appearance but most importantly, turn them into places where we’d like to spend time.

That’s why, together with our partners, we will present furniture and solutions which address our modern needs and trends which result from them. The most important seem to be: the need for silence and concentration (increasing interest in acoustics), return to nature and original design (including care for origin and quality of materials).

Our partners will show how those notions manifest themselves in practice: Blå Station – a family company from Åhus in Sweden has a motto “Peace, love and good design” which reflects the spirit of the brand well, together with highly original forms of their furniture; Bolon – Swedish manufacturer of vinyl floorings woven in a unique way and giving architects completely new project possibilities; Framery  – an internationally recognised Finnish company which has only one product category in its portfolio – acoustic booths and meeting rooms (as far as silence is concerned they know absolutely everything about creating conditions for concentration); Haworth – one of the largest and most important global furniture companies designing offices based on interdisciplinary research involving ergonomics and changing models of workplace culture.

Marro is present at Warsaw Home Expo not only through our stand. We also invite you to short interviews conducted on the main stage. Our guests will share their insights and experience from the design industry as well as an original vision of its growth. It is with pride and joy that we inform you that our invitation has been accepted by: Giulio Cappellini, creative director of the brand Cappellini, Jonas Pettersson, co-founder and main strategist at the interdisciplinary project studio Form Us With Love, as well as Ilkka Kaikuvuo, co-founder and Head of R&D at the Finnish company Framery.
