3D dynamic sitting – technology made easy

A wooden chair that puts a smile on your face. Its springy curved steel bracket means the WiChair moves forward, backward and sideways with you. The fun design of its weight adjustment option invites you to try it out and adapt the chair to your body and preferences.

Whether 45 or 120 kilograms, just turn the knob to adjust the WiChair to your weight. Forget the tools or guesswork. Just turn the knob and you’re good to go.

Clever sustainability – for today, tomorrow and the day after

Sustainability isn’t just in the WiChair’s details, it underpins the whole concept. From the design phase and choice of materials to production, the objective was to use resources efficiently, embrace a circular economy and create lasting quality.

  • Less is more: The WiChair consists of just a few components. Which saves material and boosts its lifespan considerably.
  • Simple to repair: All parts are easy to dismantle and replace. As a result, the chair remains in use for a long time.
  • Avoiding fossil-fuel based plastics: We use steel instead of petroleum-based plastics. Steel is stable, can be recycled an infinite number of times and has a comparatively low carbon footprint.
  • Recyclable cushioning: Based on the mass balance approach, up to 40% of the optional foam cushioning is recycled.
  • Natural materials: The seat and backrest shell are made of FSC-certified plywood.
  • Climate-friendly production: Each WiChair has a product carbon footprint starting at 31 kg CO₂ eq.
