Workplace” is a movie by Gary Hustwit, made for Architecture Biennale in Venice 2016. He looks at ideas and experiments conducted in search for the shape of a future office. He follows the design process, and then construction, of the New York headquarters of R/GA agency (together with Foster+Partners architecture studio), where physical and digital spaces were supposed to work together as good as possible.

In the movie Bob Greenberg, Norman Foster, Nick Law, Barry Wacksman, Chris West, Nikil Saval, Julia Goldberg, Primo Orpilla, Amanda Carroll and many others have their say.

It’s one of the lesser-known productions by Hustwit, who specialises in topics connected to design. He has made movies such as: Rams, Helvetica, Objectified, Urbanized.
